What to include in a support request
The more detail you give us, the faster we can help:
- Steps to reproduce — what did you do, in what order?
- Browser and OS — e.g. Chrome 125 on macOS 14, or Firefox 126 on Windows 11.
- What you expected vs what happened — a screenshot or screen recording is very helpful if you can grab one.
- Which page or feature — /inference, /customize, /models, dashboard, etc.

Rivlet AI is in closed beta. Features are actively changing and you may hit rough edges. We genuinely want your feedback — it shapes what we build next. If something isn't working the way you'd expect, or if you have an idea for how it could work better, please reach out. Every message is read.
